Information on this site about our repair and maintenance services is general. Prices, estimates, timing and the scope of any work are confirmed directly with you before work begins. Nothing on this website is a binding quote, and appointments depend on availability.

2. Vehicles for sale

• Listings are for information only and are subject to prior sale. We may change or remove a listing, including its price, at any time without notice.
• Prices do not include taxes, title, registration, or other fees unless stated.
• We work to keep listings accurate, but descriptions, photos, mileage, features and VIN-decoded details can contain errors. Please confirm details with us, inspect the vehicle, and consider an independent inspection and vehicle history report before buying.
• A listing is not an offer that can be accepted online. A sale is final only when both sides sign a written purchase agreement. Any warranty terms will be stated in writing at the time of sale.

3. Customer accounts

• Please give accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account; tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
• Memberships are granted by Sky Rise Automotive and follow the terms we give you when the membership starts.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or that break these terms. You can request deletion of your account at any time from My Account.

4. Using this site

Please don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to access areas or data you’re not authorized to, interfering with or overloading the site, scraping it with automated tools, uploading malicious code, or using it for anything unlawful. We may block access to anyone who does.

5. Trademarks and content

The Sky Rise Automotive name, SRA logo, text and photos on this site belong to Sky Rise Automotive and may not be copied without permission.

Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, Shelby, Ford and other vehicle and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe vehicles we work on and places we’ve worked. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies.

We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to.

7. Disclaimer

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the website itself, including that it will always be available, error-free or secure. This does not limit any rights you have for repair work or vehicle purchases under a written agreement or under the law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Rise Automotive is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
